First Blog Ever - T Minus 4 Days

I’m not quite sure how to blog. I’ve never done it before, I don’t have a target audience, I guess this will just act as my online journal of adventures. If you’re here and reading this, I hope you find my current and future posts intriguing and inspiring.

I’m 4 days out from my 12 month move to Germany. Maybe it’ll be shorter, but perhaps, it’ll be longer. I’m moving for a job. I work for a government contractor and I’ll be operating as a Paramedic on a US military base. I don’t know exactly what I’ll be doing, contractors tend to keep their employees in the dark until they get there. Something I’m used to doing work here in the states, but moving to a foreign country, I feel like this is my first contract ever. Excitement, worry, happiness, fear, adrenaline, anxiety, did I pack enough underwear? All the feelings of change, all the feelings right before the adventure of a lifetime starts. I gotta get back to packing.
